Body as Experiencing Agent. This talk was given at the Mindfulness Training Course on 17/3/11. Mindfulness of the body is the first and foremost foundation of mindfulness. This talk covers why it is important to focus on the bodily nature and how to work with painful sensations from a place of stillness and compassion. The body is an ancient treasure map of information. The teachings focus on seeing into impermanence, the moment to moment changing nature of the body and how over identification with the body brings suffering and how to develop a wise and healthy relationship to the body.
